The Advisory Evaluation Committee reviews information from many valuable sources in conducting their evaluation. One source includes “survey reports” compiled from surveys completed by individuals like yourself who have appeared before Judge Large. When responding to the survey if a question does not fit your role of experience with Judge Large, please mark the N/A response for that question, or answer the question to the best of your ability by providing information in the comment spaces. You will need to complete a response for all of the questions to advance through the survey.

Anyone completing a survey will remain confidential. The Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation (OJPE) will not disclose your identity. Your responses in the survey will be compiled with other survey responses and included in a final survey report. This process effectively removes any individual identifying information from the report. The final survey report is provided to Advisory Evaluation Committee and judge during the evaluation process.
