We welcome citizen feedback!Commissions on Judicial Performance Evaluation review information from many valuable sources. One source includes “survey reports” compiled from completed surveys mailed to individuals after appearing in court. The selection process is complicated, and as such, not all who appear before judges can be guaranteed a mailed survey. If you have recently appeared before a judge and want to evaluate the judge's performance, this is your chance to participate in the judicial evaluation process!Anyone completing a survey will remain confidential! The Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation (OJPE) will not disclose your identity. Your responses in the survey will be compiled with other survey responses and included in a final survey report. This process effectively removes any individual identifying information from the report. The final survey report is provided to commission and judge during the evaluation process. If you're interested in continuing, please click "Next" below to begin.
